| Abstract | Different economies and investment markets provide different types of return. Companies in Western nations may be more focused on rewarding investors with regular income while Asian such as China or Japanese firms focus on long-term growth. These differences are one of the benefits of international diversification. At the same time the globalization of world investment markets means that companies right across the globe are falling more into step in reporting and management standards as they each seek to attract international investors. Managed funds are an ideal tool to access the immense benefits of share investing. |
