Abstract | Customer surveys are the most useful management tool. So say senior managers of leading organisations across seven countries. A few years before 1996, many departments, including Trade, Health, Electrical and Mechanical Services and Inland Revenue have undertaken professional standard customer surveys and are using the results to improve service. The advantages of customer survey are explained in this article. |
