| Abstract | The School Administration and Management System (SAMS) Section of the Information Systems (IS) Division, assisted by staff of Information Techology Services Department (ITSD), is responsible for the development of SAMS, the undertaking of which is by no means plain or simple. To meet the challenges of the undertaking, a phased approach to its implementation has been adopted whereby the applications will be developed by phases and the hardware/applications will be rolled out to schools in batches. The advantages of SAMS are introduced in this article. |
