| Abstract | The Civil Service Branch (CSB) and the Police Force were among 10 employers in Hong Kong publicly recognised in 1995 for providing employment opportunities for the disabled. The award-winners were selected from more than 600 employers across the territory. The annual awards were organised by the Labour Department's Selective Placement Division (SPD). On the same occasion, 12 disabled employees were awarded for their outstanding performance at work. They included Yip Leung Mui-chun, a typist at Queen Elizabeth Hospital for over 30 years. |
