| Abstract | The 2nd Accounting Software Conference, organised by the Hong Kong Society of Accountants Information Technology Interest Group, will be held on 19 October 1996 at the Hong Kong Convention Centre. The theme of the conference is 'Preparing Accountants for the 21st Century'. This era has seen many changes and the 21st century will see even more changes. Flourishing cross-country trade has resulted in an increasingly global market; BPR (business process reengineering) and organisational transformation has become a major business consideration. However, the direction the world moves in depends on our efforts. |
