| Abstract | The third Food and Hotel China (Food, Drink, Supermarket, Hotel and Catering Equipment and Supplies) Exhibition attracted more than 700 companies from 33 countries, and 13,276 trade visitors to the China International Exhibition Centre (CIEC), Beijing in September 1996. Fifteen national groups occupied pavilion space at the show, an indication of the level of interest in the ever expanding Chinese market. Some of the exhibitors are introduced in this article. |
