| Abstract | China holds a cautious attitude towards the opening-up of the services trade and sticks to the principle of moving ahead step by step and opening up in a gradual manner. To different degrees, most of the services trade sectors have allowed the entry of foreign investment. The services trade involves a constellation of sectors and, in terms of examining and approving procedures, the State has special requirements for foreign-invested enterprises (FIEs) in some sectors. |
