AbstractThe Hongkong Tourist Association (HKTA) officials in Britain say most travel operators are very aware of what is going to happen when they are in Hong Kong after the colony reverts to Chinese rule in 1997. Therefore, HKTA has been holding seminars and a transportable pavilion has been touring Europe for a year to correct misapprehensions by transmitting the message that after 1 July 1997, Hong Kong will still remain a unique destination.
