| Abstract | TBWA's long-anticipated swoop on Asia has started, with the international network taking a majority stake in Lee Davis Advertising (formerly Lee Davis Ayer) in Hong Kong and striking a deal with Fong Haque & Soh in Singapore. The network's Asia-Pacific chairman Keith Smith said other acquisitions would follow in Thailand, Malaysia and Taiwan in 1996 and Indonesia, India and the Philippines in 1997. |
