| Abstract | Hong Kong has no regulations governing the fate of embryos, its Provisional Council of Reproductive Technology is currently drafting laws. The population of human embryos in hospital storage is growing and room for them is becoming increasingly scarce. Hospital authorities have to solve this problem. |
