| Abstract | In November 1996 the Clothing Technology Demonstration Centre of the Hong Kong Productivity Council organised a seminar on a pilot project - application of a new three-dimensional pattern concept developed by Alexandre Kung, Managing Director of Three-dimensional Pattern Concept (TPC), a technical fashion consultancy. This pilot project was initiated with the support of the Industrial Support Fund of the Hong Kong government in which three leading garment manufacturers. |
