| Abstract | Percy Thomas Partnership HK finished working on the permanent campus of the Open Learning Institute (OLI) in Homantin, Kowloon, early 1996. The architects aimed at providing a flexible building which would respond to the immediate requirements of the client and future possibilities by virtue of its site location and robust planning arrangements. The complex topography was designed to minimize excavation and encourage ease of access. This article gives a detailed introduction to the design of the campus. |
