| Abstract | With the overall slowdown in economic activity in 1995 coinciding with a bundle of new legislation, the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers estimates that drop in growth is inevitable. Changes of varying magnitude have occurred within recent years. The future of the insurance industry is still considered by many as largely uncertain, but despite this, the industry is showing signs of hope. |
