Abstract | Hong Kong's insurance industry has long been urged to inject a greater degree of transparency into the creation of its policies. Most complaints addressed to the Insurance Claims Complaint Bureau (ICCB) recently were about the use of unclear language use in the writing of policies. But apparently, getting the message across is going to be an uphill task. In this article, the persons concerned discuss their views on the subject. |
