The jumbo flotation of real estate assets, 80 per cent in the territory and the rest in China, embraces a portfolio of more than 3 million square feet of godown space, as well as scores of luxury flats, and commercial property. The company also has significant stakes in toll roads including the Western Harbour Crossing and the Shanghai section of the Hu-Ning Expressway in China. |
