Abstract | The Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) is a local body, sanctioned by Government, which offers quality system certification to calibre-conscious companies operating in the territory and beyond. In this article, the author reports on her visit to HKQAA. In addition, the author met with five different organisations which have gone through the ISO process to find out how they fell about the system. They include Ho & Partners, the Architectural Services Department, Leighton Contractors (Asia) Ltd., Rocco Design Limited and Jones Lang Wootton. |
