| Abstract | "Philosophy in China" is no longer what to be concerned but rather the "China dimension" in philosophy, i.e. the possibility for native Chinese symbolic practices to influence in a disciplined and fruitful way a philosophical discourse which is now, if not always universally accepted, universally recognised. From interaction with Chinese philosophers, the limitations, the conventions, and the dead-ends of philosophical tradition in much sharper focus are seen. |
