| Abstract | The China Law Reports (CLR) are publications which perform an unprecedented pedagogical service to the law students of Hong Kong (especially all China law programmes in the English medium). It is a translation of 346 judgements from the People's Court, arranged in three volumes of matters criminal, civil, and administrative and economic. The original, known as the Yaolan in Chinese, is an anthology of adjudicated cases, complied and published annually under the joint auspices of the Supreme People's Court's Training Centre for Senior Judges and the People's University Law Faculty. |
