| Abstract | Providing dedicated and quality service to our valued members has always been the major objective of the Hong Kong Article Numbering Association (HKANA). Over the past few years, the HKANA has developed a variety of new services to meet the dynamic growth of article numbering, barcoding and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). To better monitor the association's services and to communicate with it's members, the HKANA conducted the Membership Survey in November 1995. This article provides highlights of the survey. |
