Abstract | A study commissioned by Cotton Council International, the international division of the National Cotton Council of America, reveals, they say, that Hong Kong consumers far prefer 100% pure cotton apparel and home textile products to those from other natural or manmade fibres. Conducted territory-wide in the spring of 1995 by Roper Starch Worldwide, the study explored attitudes towards fibre among 500 middle class Hong Kong women aged 19 to 55 via personal home interviews. |
