| Abstract | This article examines the current status of Hong Kong from the perspective of technology development. The first part of the article is devoted to the discussions of the advantages and disadvantages for Hong Kong's development of industrial technology. It then leads to the development of a strategy which is then followed by the introduction of HKITCC which began its full operation in 1994 with a mission to promote technology in Hong Kong. |
