| Abstract | A Quick Response Centre, a new facility of the Clothing Technology Demonstration Centre Co. Ltd and a subsidiary of the Hong Kong Productivity Council, was officially opened by the Secretary for Trade and Industry, Mr T.H. Chau, CBE, JP, on 12 October 1995.
