| Abstract | Tighter credit and higher interest rates will lay a burden on most garment factories in Zhejiang. While world markets for Chinese garments are dwindling, the textile export quota price is rising, and the limited quota available will further reduce the export possibilities for clothing form Zhejiang, forcing many garment factories to undersell each other to the detriment of the entire garment manufacturing sector. |
