| Abstract | Hong Kong-listed Capital Asia has managed to capture 15 per cent of Hong Kong's highly fragmented live fish industry; many of those poor creatures you see crammed into bubbling tanks outside Hong Kong restaurants came via Capital Asia. The company has a number of fishing rights in the region as well as a fleet of eight vessels which collects catches from various points of supply, including India and Indonesia. These live fish are then stored at raft sites at Pak Sha Wan or Tung Lung Chau, then distributed to various Hong Kong restaurants and markets. |
