| Abstract | The Hong Kong Software Process Improvement Network (HKSPIN) was founded in March 1995, with a current membership of more than 180. It is not affiliated to any organization but is supported by the Hong Kong Computer Society, Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Hong Kong Productivity Council for the sponsorship and arrangement of related activities. Support is also gained from the Software Process Improvement Network (SPIN) coordinator at Software Engineering Institute (SEI). |
