| Abstract | The latest addition to the low-rise, leafy suburb of Kowloon Tong in Hong Kong is a little out of the ordinary. This is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS) Hong Kong Temple which was dedicated on 26 May 1996. The Temple is topped by a gold-coloured tile dome from Brazil and Italy with a statue of the Angel of Moroni, which represents the restoration of the gospel in the latter days, hence the church's tag. The design of the Temple is featured in this article. |
