| Abstract | The Financial Secretary, the Honourable Hamish Macleod, has presented the budget for 1995/96 on 1 March 1995. The revenue measures set out in the budget must be enacted by the Legislative Council before they become law. The Financial Secretary forecasted a deficit of $2.6 billion for 1995/96. This article summarizes the budget proposal. |
