| Abstract | The first Mormon missionary came to Hong Kong in 1853 and the congregation has grown to more than 20,000 today. When a congregation reaches such proportions, the Church will build a temple in addition to the existing chapels or 'meetinghouses'. Achitects Liang Peddle Thorp (LPT) were appointed to produce an 11-storey design for the facility in Cornwall Street in Kowloon Tong. |
