| Abstract | Audit Bureau of Curculation chief executive John Beadell said that the number of audited publications in Hong Kong had only marginally risen. Unaudited publishers will need two to three years to adjust their circulation figures, because a magazine that claims a circulation of 1,000 when in fact it is only 200, cannot suddenly become audited without looking silly. |
