| Abstract | The Department of Building and Real Estate (BRE) at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) offers a Masters Programme starting from September 1995. One of the eight modules which would be studied by students was in Value Management for Construction. The inclusion of VM in the Masters programme intended to provide an introduction to the subject, its development and practice, together with a grounding in VM techniques. |
