| Abstract | On 22 March 1996, David NGO Wai Kwong, the supervisory director of Centralink Investments Limited ("CIL"), a registered investment adviser, was convicted by Mr J E Acton-bond, at Western Magistracy, for contravening section 62 of the Securities Ordinance ("SO") in that he, in support of an application by CIL to be registered under the SO, made false and misleading representations to the Securities and Futures Commission ("SFC"). |
