| Abstract | Working pressures cause about 2 to 3 percent of Hong Kong people to experience short-term mental illness, according to a consultancy doctor of Kowloon Hospital. As working pressure is common to everyone, one can well understand the significance of sheltered workshops to the rehabilitation of the mentally ill. Nevertheless, some neighbourhood groups refuse. |
