| Abstract | The winner of the Hong Kong Institute of Architect's (HKIA) Silver Award, for a second year in a row was Rocco Design Ltd. In 1995 they won it for Citibank Plaza. In 1996, they were honoured for their work on the Peninsula Hotel Extension. The three Certificates of Merit were awarded to P & T Architects & Engineers Ltd on the Singapore International School, Simon Kwan & Associates on Hong Kong Industrial Technology Centre, TaHo Design Architects Ltd. on Ho Sin Hang Engineering Building for the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The President's Prize goes to Achitectural Services Department for the Chan Nam Chong Memorial School. |
