We should develop towards the production of hi-tech, high quality and high-grade products. Such a trend suits Hong Kong's practical situation and its development needs, and is a magic wand in global market competition. But how can such a trend be achieved, and the unreasonable balance of industry in Hong Kong's total economy be rectified? This is a major concern of Hong Kong's industrial entrepreneurs.
