| Abstract | Team Concept Electronic (TCE) Ltd. has benefitted a lot from doing its own research and development (R&D). It has projected in a niche market, established itself a brand name and an outstanding image and is able to win numerous achievement awards. In the article, Mr. Raymond Ling, the General manager of TCE was interviewed to talk about the common pitfalls in R & D, the TCE's, marketing strategy and to the comment on the barriers TCE's R & D operation in Hong Kong. |
