| Abstract | Until now the only way foreign vendors did business in China was by either "roaming agreements" or service contracts. Roaming allows a visitor to tap into local networks with his phone or pager, Hongkong Telecom has widespread cellular telephone roaming facilities in the country. ABC Communications, Hutchison and Star Paging, among others, have roaming agreements for paging in China, also. |
