| Abstract | Hong Kong Telecom revealed 1994 interim earning up 15 per cent at $4.2 billion against weaker turnover growth af 11 per cent to 13.3 billion. The results were broadly in line with market expectations, although some analysts had been hoping for slightly racier results. Earnings per share grew 15 per cent to 37.6 cents, while dividends per share increased by the same amount to 26.9 cents. |
