| Abstract | Chevalier development International Limited subsidiary-Oriental Sharp Ltd - has been awarded the contract for its ninth Private Sector Participation Scheme (PSPS) housing development project, at Lot 11082 Area 20, on the Kowloon West Reclamation. Located close to the new Airport Railway's Tai Kok Tsui Station, the project will be the highlight of the Kowloon West urban area development. Its cost, of over HK$3 billion makes it the most valuable PSPS project ever awarded by the Hong Kong Government and the largest single property development project ever secured by the Chevalier Group. |
