| Abstract | Sexual harassment is predominantly a form of "domination" of the opposite and less frequently the same sex from usually the male harasser; its manifestations pertain to sex but are more appropriately identified as power perversions. Sexual harassment may occur in many different situations, the workplace, public service organisations, schools and universities, in contexts where the harassers have continual opportunities to exert manipulative control over their targets. However, the obnoxiousness of sexual harassment has not yet occurred to the minds of even the best intentional administrators and employers here in Hong Kong. |
