| Abstract | The Securities and Futures Commission ("SFC") announced on 14 February 1996 the approval of International Capital Exchange Ltd as a leveraged foreign exchange introducing agent and the withdrawal of applications by Symmetric Investments Ltd and Polykan Ltd as leveraged foreign exchange trader and leveraged foreign exchange introducing agent respectively. Both Symmetric and Polykan had not been conducting business prior to withdrawing their applications. |
