| Abstract | Marine life is at risk from plastic bags and other debris that can suffocate or ensnare animals. Marine Department and the Urban Services and Regional Services Departments together with the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) and the Keep Hong Kong Clean Campaign Committee, are trying to tackle all aspects of the eyesore of floating rubbish, from continuing and expanding their clean-up efforts, to preventing the problem in the first place. |
