| Abstract | Mott MacDonald's Robin Whalley (FICE, FHKIE, MIHT, MAPM) has won the 1995 individual British Consultant of the Year Award for his role as project director for the terminal building design of Hong Kong's new airport at Chek Lap Kok. The award, sponsored by The Times and given by the British Consultants Bureau (BCB) in recognition of an outstanding contribution by a British consultant working overseas, was presented by the Duke of Gloucester, President of the BCB, at the annual awards ceremony, held in London on 8 November, 1995. |
