| Abstract | Hong Kong faces an explosion of drug addiction among teenage students unless the government adopts more vigorous measures to contain the problem, warn rehabilitation experts. Director of religious organization Christian Zheng Sheng Association Jacob Lam argues the government's counselling and preventive edcuation programme is defective. He says it will do little to help students already hooked on dangerous drugs, who may introduce their vice to peers and schoolmates. |
