| Abstract | A survey was conducted on hotel service quality in Hong Kong and visitors' expectations by Vincent Heung, assistant professor, and Rebecca Mak, a hotel degree graduate of the Department of Hotel and Tourism Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
