| Abstract | In 1995, CD-ROM piracy has been rampant in Hong Kong. According to the BSA (Business Software Alliance), approximately 60-70% of the entertainment CD-ROMS in Hong Kong are pirated copies. The problem is largely due to the low production costs of illegal CD-ROMs, in addition to the vast array of distribution channels. |
