| Abstract | After a speedy economic growth in the previous years, Hong Kong is currently mired in a cyclical downturn. This has been compounded by the fears of some that the impending change of sovereignty will result in measures which will affect spending patterns, especially on capital products. This provides fertile ground for growth in the motor leasing market. Successful entrepreneurs are always looking for ways to control costs and maximise profits. Many are now realising that there are considerable savings to be made in leasing all capital intensive equipment. The capital 'saved' can then be invested in more profitable areas of their operation. |
