| Abstract | The story of Swatch was told by Mr Kurt Hefti, Regional Manager of SMH (HongKong) Ltd in the HKIM meeting held on April 14, 1993 at the YMCA. Co-sponsored by the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, the Federation of Hong Kong Watch Trades & Industries and the Hong Kong Watch Manufacturers Association, the meeting was filled to capacity with 160 participants. The presentation was most colorful and entertaining, with lots of stories of the Swatch, some of them were never revealed to the outsiders. |
