| Abstract | Minister of Public Health Chen Minzhang has called on the people to take part in and share the responsibility of preventing the spread of Aids. In an article in the People's Daily in connection with the Eighth World Aids Day, Chen says that the work of preventing and controlling the spread of Aids concerns government organizations such as health, public security, civil affairs, education and foreign affairs. The fight against Aids should involve the whole society. |
