| Abstract | Hong Kong-based Elec & Eltek International Holdings, a listed company on the stock exchanges in Hong Kong and Singapore, opened its second plant producing printed circuit boards (PCB) in November, 1995, in Huangpu in Guangdong Province in China. The group's first plant in Kai Ping, also in Guangdong, went into production in 1983. The new project is a joint venture between Elec & Eltek Huangpu (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Elec & Eltek and The New Technological Development General Corp, Guangzhou. |
