| Abstract | Barriers to participation in programs fall into two categories : antecedent constraints or barriers; and interventing constraints or barriers. The purpose of this paper is, firstly, to identify leisure constraints and barriers participation in 14 different communities in the United States; secondly, to identify if barriers differ with regard to service sectors; and thirdly, to relate these findings to leisure service professionals in Hong Kong. |
